Randy Parker oversees private and corporate fundraising for the Susquehanna National Heritage Area.

In his more than 30 years with the York Daily Record, Randy helped tell stories that allow us to better appreciate, understand and improve the places we call home. Among other roles, he worked as a reporter, copy editor, managing editor and executive editor. He also served as regional executive editor for the USA Today Network, leading six newsrooms across Central Pennsylvania. More recently as news director at WITF and host of All Things Considered, Randy connected closely with people and issues across the region.

He is a graduate of Dallastown Area High School in York County and of Temple University in Philadelphia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with minors in history and political science.
