The Zimmerman Center is a unique setting for corporate business meetings, workshops, small seminars, donor reception, and staff retreats. The restoration of this 1740’s stone house brought it into the 21st century while maintaining its historic integrity!

Corporate Business Meetings and Seminars

The Zimmerman Center can accommodate 20 people in our largest room at seated conference-style or up to 30 people with theater-style seating. Zimmerman Center provides a lectern, screen, and has a projector available. You supply the laptop.

Workshops

Same configuration applies as outlined above. We do have adjoining rooms if you prefer to work in smaller groups.

Donor Receptions

The Zimmerman Center offers a unique setting to say thank you to your clients while sharing the history and culture of the region.

 

OUR SERVICES

We set-up the space to your specifications, although artwork remains on the walls at all times. Tables and chairs are available for your use. Staff remains on-site for the duration of your event. 18 parking spaces are available on-site.

The Zimmerman Center has a large kitchen for prep for you, or the caterer of your choice. Renters/caterers must provide coolers for food storage. Adjoining rooms can be used to serve refreshments and meals. Zimmerman Center provides black table linens suitable for any occasion or you may provide your own table linens.

Guests are encouraged to explore our grounds, riverfront pavilion, and the short hike up to Native Lands County Park that adjoins our property. All offer beautiful river vistas and interpretive panels that share the history and culture of the area.

The Zimmerman Center is a non-smoking campus, including smoking in private cars in the parking lot.

 

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Some limitations for rental due to public hours. Alcohol is not permitted outside or on the riverfront pavilion.
